After decades of building and scaling businesses, Robert Montgomery and Jason Lovoy kept seeing the same problem on repeat: entrepreneurs throwing money at disconnected marketing tactics, leadership teams misaligned, and leaders left frustrated in the chaos of execution.

An entrepreneur since 2005, Robert brings two decades of operational experience to every engagement. Since 2013, he has partnered with founders and leadership teams to make businesses more scalable and profitable through strategy, systems, accountability, and momentum. His approach blends practical coaching with the discipline of decades of high-level martial arts training, endurance challenges, and a lifelong commitment to growth and peak performance.
Jason
Lovoy
With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, founder, and marketing strategist, Jason has built and led successful companies from the ground up. As President of Uptick Marketing and Infomedia, he oversees nearly 60+ employees and has grown Uptick into one of Birmingham’s most recognized marketing firms. He has twice been named AAF Birmingham’s Business Leader of the Year, was honored as a Birmingham Business Journal Top 40 Under 40, and has served in leadership roles with EO Birmingham and AAF Birmingham.
